Design evolves through thoughtful details. With the introduction of Staple 2.0, IKONS Furniture presents a new interpretation of its original Staple Collection, combining familiar design elements with a renewed approach to form, materials, and functionality.

Developed in collaboration with ARPOSE Design Studio and Tiffani Performance Fabric, Staple 2.0 draws inspiration from mid-century design, characterized by clean geometric lines, natural wood textures, and a timeless visual identity.

A Familiar Form, Reimagined

At the heart of Staple 2.0 is an exploration of simplicity and versatility.

Its wooden structure celebrates the natural beauty of visible wood grain, while the modular construction introduces thoughtful details such as a removable and replaceable backrest component.

Together, these elements reflect a design approach that considers not only aesthetics, but also practicality and long-term use in commercial environments.

Three Forms, Different Experiences

The collection consists of three seating variations, each designed for a different spatial experience.

The Staple Dining Chair brings a balanced silhouette to restaurants, cafés, and dining spaces. The Staple Lounger introduces a lower, more relaxed seating position for lounge areas and informal gatherings. Meanwhile, the Staple Stool extends the collection’s design language to elevated seating arrangements, including bars and counters.

Despite their different proportions, all three share a consistent design identity, allowing them to complement one another across different areas of an interior.
